- Draft and file all documents necessary to begin the probate process
- Handle to estate checking account to ensure that no laws are broken
- Post the notice to creditors and receive all mail from creditors
- Transfer assets in accordance with the will or law
Traffic Matters
Handle all aspects of your minor traffic infractions, allowing you to move on with your life
- Negotiate with the state to reduce your charge
- Enter a plea deal on your behalf
- pay the fine once a plea deal has been entered
You may have to attend a mandated driving course to get a reduced charge. You will never have to step foot into the courtroom.
